- How do I reset my Fragnatique account or change my email?
- Open the app, go to Settings, then Account. Use Edit Profile to change your email or Reset to start a fresh personality and match-score profile. Your liked lists are preserved unless you also tap Delete Lists.
- Why am I not getting accurate match scores?
- Match scores improve significantly after you have liked or disliked at least 20 fragrances or completed the 12-question profile quiz. If your scores still feel off after that, send us a message and include three perfumes you love and three you cannot stand.
- I bought a premium subscription. How do I manage or cancel it?
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store on iOS. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Fragnatique. You can pause or cancel from there at any time.
- Is there an Android version?
- Not yet. Fragnatique is iOS-only today and an Android release is in development. The fastest way to be notified is to follow us on Instagram or sign up via the homepage.
- How does the offline scanner actually work?
- The scanner caches a database of 3,000+ fragrances on-device, so identifying a bottle and computing your match score works without a connection. Cloud connectivity is only used for image-heavy operations like the photo style analysis.
- Can I export my Scent Lab formula as a real manufacturing document?
- Yes. The Scent Lab generates a 5-page PDF with the recipe, batch cost, IFRA-aware compliance check, sensory and volatility profile, and a 90-day aging prediction. The mechanics are walked through in our blog post on the Scent Lab.
- I would like to partner with Fragnatique for my niche house or retail store.
- We work with selected niche houses and retailers on curated collaborations. Send us a message via the form below with your store or brand, your city, and a short note on what you have in mind, and we will route it to the right person.
- How is my data handled, especially the photos I upload?
- Photos used for style analysis are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers. The app caches data locally for offline use. Our full privacy policy is linked in the footer.
